EpilogueSoft apps & games collect game data anonymously for the purposes of saving game information and providing a better game experience to users. EpilogueSoft apps and games do not directly collect any user information such as names, contact information, or other personal information as defined by COPPA.

Third-party providers and services may collect user information as defined in their own privacy policies, including the distributor (Google Play Games, https://policies.google.com/privacy) and the advertising and analytics provider (Unity, https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy, https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy). Data is also collected by third-party services for the purposes of providing log information of errors or crashes in EpilogueSoft apps and games.

Security

If EpilogueSoft apps and games have collected any information that users want deleted, please do not hesitate to reach out immediately at epiloguesoftware@gmail.com and we will work to scrub and delete this data to the best of our ability and as soon as possible. While it is impossible to guarantee that any loss or misuse of data will not occur, as no method of internet data transmission is perfectly safe and secure, EpilogueSoft will attempt to prevent issues such as this to the best of our ability. EpilogueSoft is not responsible for access, use, or damage of user information by third parties.

Children's Privacy

EpilogueSoft apps and games are intended for general audiences and are not specifically targeted to children. EpilogueSoft apps and games do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If information of this type is discovered, we will work to scrub and delete this information immediately to the best of our ability.
